For the issue of 1 debit transaction being posted to my bank account multiple times. The 3 reversals have been posted and the issue has been resolved.
I was disappointed that my bank wouldn't attempt to back track the transactions and try to contact your bank (I'm sure they have IT Operations teams that do that---but, obviously their customer support doesn't bother with it.) I wonder what would happen if I gave my internal customers the "too bad, so sad" attitude?!
Your prompt response and communications on this issue explaining what happened and how you intended to resolve it, as well as your follow-up communications were greatly appreciated!

We wished we would have found your company years ago. Since changing processing companies our business credit card expense has decreased but our charges have increased. It appears that you will be saving us $100.00 each week-thank you so much for being honest and educating my company on how the credit card industry system works. If you don't use Ferrari Merchants you are paying too much $.
